Once checked in our patients wait in comfortable waiting room shortly before being called. We strive to make your visit fast, efficient and satisfactory.
All established patients are asked to confirm the Insurance during their visit. If you have a new Insurance or change of address please provide us with the New Insurance card, Photo ID during your visit. All established patients visiting after one year of the previous visit, would need to provide Insurance card, Photo ID and updated paperwork.
